I have placed an order for downloads. When & how will I receive my purchased downloads?
Once you have successfully placed an order, our Order Management System verifies
the payment and activates your downloads. Once the activation is done and your purchased
mixtapes are added to your account, you are notified via email. This process take 5 – 10 mins
in most cases.
I have received the downloads email, what’s next?
Once you receive the email, you can click the ‘Download Now’ button which takes you to
My Downloads page. If this is your first purchase, you will be asked to create a new
password. You can use your email address and the new password to directly log into My Downloads
page when you order again.
In My Downloads page, you can see the mixtapes that you have ordered. You can simply press ‘Download’
on a mixtape and it starts downloading.
I have not received the “Downloads are ready” email yet, is there any other way to access my downloads?
If you had ordered downloads in the past and had created a password before viewing your downloads, you can
access your downloads easily by logging into My Downloads page
with your email address and password. Please remember to use the same email address for all orders with downloads
to access them from one account.
If this is your first purchase and you have not created a password yet, please use the following option to report the issue
to us. We’ll get back to your with a resolution very soon.
If you are still having issues with downloading your purchased mixtapes,
please use the ‘Report Issue’ button to report to our technical team.
I have not received the email with download links
I could not find my purchased mixtapes in ‘My Downloads‘ page
When I click ‘Download’ button on a mixtape in ‘My Downloads‘ page, I get an error Or the download never starts
I have downloaded the ZIP file for the mixtape, but it contains a totally different mixtape
